*Summary*
There has two main characters, Claudia and Frieda, live in Ohio. Their family takes in Pecola into their home. Pecola desire to be a white girl with blue eyes. Pecola’s parents did not love her. While Pecola is washing dishes, her father, Cholly, rapes her. Cholly made her pregnant after the second time he rapes. Pecola’s child is born prematurely and dies.
*Recommend/Don't recommend*
I recommend this book, but it makes me sad. I cannot imagine that a father rapes his daughter.
She becames crazy in the story. I hope Black people do not get racism anymore.
